4boneless pork chops, 1/2-inch thick

2 mediumonions, sliced

4-ounce can(s)mushrooms, sliced and drained

1 pkgdry onion soup mix

1/2 cwater
-
10 3/4-oz can(s)cream of mushroom soup
How to Make Crockpot Pork Chops and Mushrooms
- Place meat in greased 3 1/2 to 4 1/2-quart slow cooker.
- Top with onions and mushrooms.
- In a separate bowl, combine soup mix, water, and soup.
- Pour over mushrooms and pork chops.
- Cover and cook on low heat 6 to 8 hours.
