Ingredients
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- GRAVY
- 2 cups broth from crockpot
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Step 1Place first 7 ingredients in crockpot and cook on low 6 hours.

Step 2Remove pork to cutting board.

Step 3Melt the butter in pan and add the flour. Whisk in 2 cups of broth from crockpot. Cook until thickened. Stir in cilantro. Serve over pork.
