pork tenderloin

orange juice
1/4 c
lemon juice
1 medium
onion sliced

garlic minced

chicken broth

white wine

GRAVY

2 c
broth from crockpot
2 Tbsp
butter
3 Tbsp
flour
1/4 c
chopped cilantro

How to Make Crockpot Cuban Pork Tenderloin

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place first 7 ingredients in crockpot and cook on low 6 hours.
  • 2Remove pork to cutting board.
  • 3Melt the butter in pan and add the flour. Whisk in 2 cups of broth from crockpot. Cook until thickened. Stir in cilantro. Serve over pork.
