Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 1 lb
    pork tenderloin
  • 1 c
    orange juice
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 medium
    onion sliced
  • 5 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/4 c
    white wine

  • 2 c
    broth from crockpot
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1/4 c
    chopped cilantro

How to Make Crockpot Cuban Pork Tenderloin


  1. Place first 7 ingredients in crockpot and cook on low 6 hours.
  2. Remove pork to cutting board.
  3. Melt the butter in pan and add the flour. Whisk in 2 cups of broth from crockpot. Cook until thickened. Stir in cilantro. Serve over pork.
