crock pot pulled pork
I've never made pulled pork with pork loin before. I usually use a pork shoulder, bu this recipe looks so simple. It came with my crock-pot.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2-5 pounds pork loin, trimmed of fat
- 2-4 cups barbecue sauce
- 2-3 - onions, chopped
- 6-8 - hamburger buns
How To Make crock pot pulled pork

Step 1Place the pork in the crock-pot and top with onions and barbecue sauce.

Step 2Cover and cook until the meat is tender, 7-9 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.

Step 3Remove the meat and shred with a fork. Place back in crock-pot and toss to coat with sauce.

Step 4Serve on hamburger buns.
