- pork loin, trimmed of fat
- 2-4 c
- barbecue sauce
- onions, chopped
- hamburger buns
How to Make Crock Pot Pulled Pork
- 1Place the pork in the crock-pot and top with onions and barbecue sauce.
- 2Cover and cook until the meat is tender, 7-9 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.
- 3Remove the meat and shred with a fork. Place back in crock-pot and toss to coat with sauce.
- 4Serve on hamburger buns.
