2 1/2-5 lbpork loin, trimmed of fat
2-4 cbarbecue sauce
How to Make Crock Pot Pulled Pork
- Place the pork in the crock-pot and top with onions and barbecue sauce.
- Cover and cook until the meat is tender, 7-9 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.
- Remove the meat and shred with a fork. Place back in crock-pot and toss to coat with sauce.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
