Ingredients
- 4 pounds boneless pork shoulder roast
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 small bay leaves
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 bag tortillas (flour)
How To Make crock pot carnitas

Step 1Place bay leaves in the bottom of the crock pot. Mix all spices together. Coat one side of roast with spices & place on top of leaves & sprinkle the rest of the spices on roast. Pour broth around the sides of the roast, careful not to wash off spices. Cover and cook on low for 9 hours. Remove and shred with a fork. Use liquid as needed to moisten meat. Fill tortillas with whatever fixings you like.
