This is the recipe that came with my crock-pot. It looks like a good guide, since you can use the sauce of your choice or try just a dry rub.

Ingredients

  • 2-4
    racks of baby back ribs, cut into 3-4 pieces
  • 2-4 c
    barbecue sauce
  • 2-3
    onions, chopped

How to Make Crock-Pot Baby Back Ribs

Step-by-Step

  1. Place ribs in crock-pot. Top with onions and barbecue sauce.
  2. Cover, and cook until the meat is tender, 7-9 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.
  3. To serve, cut between the ribs and coat with extra sauce as desired.
