It's Fat Tuesday but I'm on the Wahls Protocol Paleo diet. I wanted to fix something yummy that was within the parameters of the diet and looked in my fridge and came up with two tastes I love that I thought might go together. I was right! We cleaned our plates!

coconut oil
1 lb
fresh organic brussels sprouts
1 pkg
andouille sausage (i got gluten-free, 4 to a package, from whole foods)
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Andouille


  • 1Cut the brussels sprouts in half.
  • 2Slice up the andouille sausage.
  • 3Melt the coconut oil and toss with the brussels sprouts coating them.
  • 4Bake for 45 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees.
