How to Make Creamy Ham - Swiss - Noodle Skillet

  1. In a large bowl, add flour and just enough milk to make smooth paste.
  2. Whisk into the paste the rest of the milk, mustard, dill, buillon and set aside.

Have noodles prepared and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add the carrots, garlic and ham cubes. Cook until carrots are crisp tender and ham is starting to caramelize.
  4. Add the milk mixture to the skillet and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it thicken. It won't be a real thick sauce, but should coat the back of a spoon somewhat. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted. Sir in salt & pepper.

Stir in the noodles, peas and cheese & heat through.
  5. Serve immediately - salt & pepper to taste.

Would be great served with just a tossed salad.
