boneless, country ribs
salt and pepper
sprinkles onion powder
lemon, sliced - used a mandolin
1 large
onion, chopped
2 c
1 c
2 Tbsp
garlic, minced - i used from a jar
1/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c
worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1/4 c
1 tsp
red pepper flakes - optional
few drops
hot sauce
1/4 c
cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp
celery seed
1 1/2 tsp
chili powder

How to Make Country Pork Ribs - My Way


  • 1Preheat oven to 450 degree F.

    Season both sides of ribs with salt, pepper and onion powder.
  • 2Spread into a shallow baking pan or dish.
  • 3Sprinkle onion and lemon atop the ribs.
  • 4Bake for 45 minutes. Last 5 minuted of baking; combine all other ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

    Drain liquid from ribs.
  • 5Pour the sauce over the ribs. Reduce oven to 350...bake for 1 - 1 1/2 hours longer, or until desired tenderness.
  • 6Enjoy!
