country pork ribs - my way

Ingredients
- 5 pounds boneless, country ribs
- - salt and pepper
- several - sprinkles onion powder
- 1 - lemon, sliced - used a mandolin
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced - i used from a jar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes - optional
- few drops - hot sauce
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
How To Make country pork ribs - my way

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degree F. Season both sides of ribs with salt, pepper and onion powder.

Step 2Spread into a shallow baking pan or dish.

Step 3Sprinkle onion and lemon atop the ribs.

Step 4Bake for 45 minutes. Last 5 minuted of baking; combine all other ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Drain liquid from ribs.

Step 5Pour the sauce over the ribs. Reduce oven to 350...bake for 1 - 1 1/2 hours longer, or until desired tenderness.
