here's a another cheeseburger casserole recipe,is called:The Couch Potato from Cheese and Burger society,it filled with smoked pepper pork,wisconsin blue cheese and crushed potato great for weekend sport party.

    ground beef
  • 1
    purple onion,chopped
  • 2 tsp
    seasoned pepper
  • 2 tsp
    garlic powder,divided
  • 3 c
    thick sliced russet potatoes
  • 3 c
    sliced smoked pepper pork
  • 1 jar(s)
    roasted garlic alfredo sauce
  • 1 c
    whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
  • 4 c
    crumbled wisconsin blue cheese,divided
  • 2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 c
    crushed potato chips

How to Make Couch Potato Burger Casserole?


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until evenly browned.Drain off grease.Season with seasoned pepper and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
  3. Spread the sliced potatoes in a layer on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.Spread the ground beef and onion over the potatoes.Place slices of smoked pepper pork over the ground beef.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat,combine alfredo sauce,whipped cream cheese,milk and 2 cups crumbled blue cheese.Season with italian seasoning and remaining garlic powder.Mix well,and cook until heated through.Pour over the contents of the baking dish.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil,and bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.Remove the aluminum foil,sprinkle remaining crumbled blue cheese and crushed potato chips over the top,and bake for an additional 15 minutes,until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
