citrus & salsa roast pork tenderloins
We love this and it is so quick and easy. I serve with white rice and a baby spinach salad.

Ingredients
- 1 jar 11 oz. chunky salsa (mild-medium-hot)
- 1 can mandarin orange segments (drained)
- 2 - (1 pound each) pork tenderloins
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- - creole seasoning i like tony's
- 1 - lime cut in wedges
How To Make citrus & salsa roast pork tenderloins

Step 1preheat oven to 425.

Step 2mix the salsa and orange in small bowl

Step 3place pork in a 3-quart shallow baking pan.

Step 4Rub the pork with oil,sprinkle lightly with creole seasoning. The seasoning can be hot so go easy.

Step 5pour salsa mix over pork

Step 6bake for 35 min or until pork is cooked through.

Step 7remove the pork from pan,cover with tin foil. let stand for 10 min. Serve with lime.

Step 8you can use pineapple or peaches in place of oranges
