Ingredients
- - pork butt - (shoulder)
- 2 - cinnamon sticks
- 1 - head of garlic (cut the ends off)
- - salt to taste
- 1 1/2 cups condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups cola
How To Make carnittas

Step 1Trim some of the fat cap off of the pork shoulder, (not much though)

Step 2Cut into sizable chunks just to fit into your pot. Leave the bone in.

Step 3Cut some slices in the meat before placing in the pot.

Step 4Add cinnamon sticks, garlic, salt, condensed milk, cola, water (enough to cover)

Step 5Cover cook for two hours, till falling off bone.

Step 6Shredd meat off bone.

Step 7Fry the meat, put into small warm corn tortillas, add toppings of choice. (Cilantro, red onion, taco sauce are the recomendations)
