Ingredients

  • 2
    pork tenderloins, about a pound
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter

How to Make Cajun Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Honey Glaze

Step-by-Step

  1. Rub pork with olive oil and Rub seasoning over pork.
  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. Prepare grill for medium to high indirect heat.
  3. Prepare glaze by placing vinegar in a small sauce pan. Add honey and reduce to a syrup consistency. Add butter, a little at a time, whisking until incorporated.
  4. Grill pork over a medium-hot fire and grill for about 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Baste with glaze several times during the last few minutes of grilling.
