Ingredients
- 2 - pork tenderloins, about a pound
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make cajun pork tenderloin with balsamic honey glaze

Step 1Rub pork with olive oil and Rub seasoning over pork.

Step 2Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. Prepare grill for medium to high indirect heat.

Step 3Prepare glaze by placing vinegar in a small sauce pan. Add honey and reduce to a syrup consistency. Add butter, a little at a time, whisking until incorporated.

Step 4Grill pork over a medium-hot fire and grill for about 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Baste with glaze several times during the last few minutes of grilling.
