- Rub pork with olive oil and Rub seasoning over pork.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. Prepare grill for medium to high indirect heat.
- Prepare glaze by placing vinegar in a small sauce pan. Add honey and reduce to a syrup consistency. Add butter, a little at a time, whisking until incorporated.
- Grill pork over a medium-hot fire and grill for about 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Baste with glaze several times during the last few minutes of grilling.
