Ingredients

  • 2 - pork tenderloins, about a pound
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter

How To Make cajun pork tenderloin with balsamic honey glaze

  • Step 1
    Rub pork with olive oil and Rub seasoning over pork.
  • Step 2
    Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. Prepare grill for medium to high indirect heat.
  • Step 3
    Prepare glaze by placing vinegar in a small sauce pan. Add honey and reduce to a syrup consistency. Add butter, a little at a time, whisking until incorporated.
  • Step 4
    Grill pork over a medium-hot fire and grill for about 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Baste with glaze several times during the last few minutes of grilling.
