brown sugar bourbon glazed ham
(1 RATING)
This is a classic, using a bone in ham. Do not use a spiral-sliced ham....it will dry out. Choose a bone-in half ham, brined with natural juices. Leaving a thin layer of fat after trimming the ham will keep it moist and improve the flavor. From Southern Living.
