This is a recipe out of a Marlboro cook book my son received in the mail several years ago(thank the lord he has quit smoking now). It is sweet and spicy and one of our favorites when we have cook outs.

cook time 45 Min

Ingredients

  • 1 pound smoke sausage, cut into chunks
  • 3 - jalapenos, sliced
  • 1 - bell pepper, cut into bite size chunks
  • 1 - onion, cut into bite size chunks
  • 1/4 cup tabasco sauce
  • 10 ounces jar sweet and sour sauce

How To Make big ol' mess

  • Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Tear a piece of foil 12"x18" and place the ingredients on the foil cover with a second sheet of foil and fold and crimp the edges tightly together so the ingredients cannot fall out. Place on grill and cook 45 minutes turning every 15 minutes. We serve this on soft tortillas. I have also baked it in the oven. If you don't want it real spicy cut down on the jalapenos.
