How to Make Beer Sausages In Beer Sauce
- 1Cut cooked sausages into 1/2 inch slices.
- 2In skillet combine sausage and beer.
- 3Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 4Combine brown sugar and cornstarch.
- 5Stir in vinegar, horseradish and mustard.
- 6Add to sausages.
- 7Cook and stir until bubbly.
- 8Keep warm and serve warm using toothpicks.
