beer sausages in beer sauce
This is a great and quick appetizer. We use all different types of sausage and sometimes even add pineapple. We also like to have this as an entree and serve it with German potato salad and sauerkraut.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds cooked polish sausages
- 1 cup beer
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
How To Make beer sausages in beer sauce

Step 1Cut cooked sausages into 1/2 inch slices.

Step 2In skillet combine sausage and beer.

Step 3Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 4Combine brown sugar and cornstarch.

Step 5Stir in vinegar, horseradish and mustard.

Step 6Add to sausages.

Step 7Cook and stir until bubbly.

Step 8Keep warm and serve warm using toothpicks.
