How to Make BBQ Ribs Pressure Cooked

  • 1Cut the ribs into single servings and place all the ribs into a dutch oven of boiling water and applecider vinegar and let them cook until meat is cooked and not pink.
  • 2Place peeled and chopped onion in the bottom of pressure cooker. Season the ribs and layer them next on top of onions.
  • 3Cover all ribs with bbq sauce and cover with pressure cooker lid. I cook them on low for 1hr. 30 minutes, then release the steam then open and check them.
  • 4I cook them on low again for another 1 hr. 30 mins. I remove them from the cooker after steam is released. I layer them in heavy duty foil and wrap them and set in my oven on the lowest setting to keep them warm until I'm ready to serve.
