BBQ Oven Pork Ribs

Audra LeNormand

I accidentally came up with this as we had all intentions a BBQing outside and a really bad rain storm cam up. So I turned the oven on and this was to good not to share with everyone.
Seasoning is NEVER an exact measure so this is what I do. Just sprinkle all the seasoning on and run them in it it looks and smells good go with it. It's always worked for me.
And always wrap in foil it keeps it from drying out.
I also always make potato salad & cold slaw to go with the ribs. really yummy.
