Happy New Year! Every one a bit early sorry haven't been posting my computer isn't working properly hoping it will be fixed soon I'm unable to add photos at this time made this recipe and also baked a chicken at the same time hope you like it just took both out of the oven thinking about what else to make with them. enjoy

Ingredients For baked pork chops

  • 1 pkg
    pork chop bone in
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    parsley
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    or capfuls of canola oil
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    water may need to add more
  • 1/4 tsp
    gravy master(this can vary for color)
  • 1 Tbsp
    flour(this may vary for thickening)
  • meat juices varies also

How To Make baked pork chops

  • 1
    Coat pork with oil,shake all seasoning on both sides of pork chop place each chop after seasoning in one layer in a baking dish cover with foil

    FOR MAKING GRAVY- I use gravy master,juice from meat,flour,sometimes salt,pepper
