These little sandwiches go together super fast. My kids wolf them down. Sometimes I freeze each in a baggie. We can nuke 'em and head out the door on busy mornings.

  • 1 pkg
    potato rolls/buns
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce, low sodium
  • 2 Tbsp
    yellow mustard
  • 1/2 lb
    sliced ham, chopped
  • 1/2 lb
    swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 lb
    mozzarella cheese, low-fat
  • 1/2 c
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce

How to Make Baked Ham Sandwiches


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. In a large bowl, combine butter, mustard,& worcestershire sauce. Add ham & cheese. Mix until well blended.
  2. Slice the top half off of the rolls. DO NOT BREAK INTO INDIVIDUAL ROLLS. Place bottom half in a 9x13 pan. Spread the ham/cheese mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls in each pan. Place top half on rolls.
  3. Melt the butter in the microwave. Blend in the dijon mustard and worcestershire sauce. Brush the mixture on top of the rolls.
  4. Bake in oven for around 15 minutes until rolls are golden brown and cheese has melted.
