These little sandwiches go together super fast. My kids wolf them down. Sometimes I freeze each in a baggie. We can nuke 'em and head out the door on busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1 package potato rolls/buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce, low sodium
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1/2 pound sliced ham, chopped
  • 1/2 pound swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 pound mozzarella cheese, low-fat
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

How To Make baked ham sandwiches

  • Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. In a large bowl, combine butter, mustard,& worcestershire sauce. Add ham & cheese. Mix until well blended.
  • Step 2
Slice the top half off of the rolls. DO NOT BREAK INTO INDIVIDUAL ROLLS. Place bottom half in a 9x13 pan. Spread the ham/cheese mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls in each pan. Place top half on rolls.
  • Step 3
Melt the butter in the microwave. Blend in the dijon mustard and worcestershire sauce. Brush the mixture on top of the rolls.
  • Step 4
Bake in oven for around 15 minutes until rolls are golden brown and cheese has melted.
