Ingredients
- 8 - pork chops, whatever type you prefer
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup milk
- 3\4 cups cornflake crumbs
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 4 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ceyenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - cooking spray as needed
How To Make baked breaded porkchops

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2Beat egg with milk. Place pork chops in milk mixture and let stand for 5 minutes, turning once.

Step 3Meanwhile, mix cornflake crumbs, spices and salt.

Step 4Remove chops from mixture and coat thoroughly with crumb mixture.

Step 5Place chops in a 9x13" Baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. and bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Turn chops and bake an additional 15 - 20 minutes or until no pink remains.
