  • 8
    pork chops, whatever type you prefer
  • 1
  • 1 c
  • 3\4 c
    cornflake crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    dry bread crumbs
  • 4 tsp
  • 2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 3/4 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    ceyenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
  • ·
    cooking spray as needed

How to Make Baked Breaded Porkchops


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Beat egg with milk. Place pork chops in milk mixture and let stand for 5 minutes, turning once.
  3. Meanwhile, mix cornflake crumbs, spices and salt.
  4. Remove chops from mixture and coat thoroughly with crumb mixture.
  5. Place chops in a 9x13" Baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. and bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Turn chops and bake an additional 15 - 20 minutes or until no pink remains.
