lean center-cut pork chops

egg
1 c
milk
3\4 c
cornflake crumbs
1/4 c
dry bread crumbs
4 tsp
paprika
2 tsp
dried oregano
3/4 tsp
chili powder
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1/8 tsp
ceyenne pepper
1/8 tsp
dry mustard
1/2 tsp
salt
cooking spray as needed

How to Make Baked Breaded Porkchops

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat egg with milk. Place pork chops in milk mixture and let stand for 5 minutes, turning once.
  • 2Meanwhile, mix cornflake crumbs, spices and salt.
  • 3Remove chops from mixture and coat thoroughly with crumb mixture.
  • 4Place chops in a 9x13" Baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. and bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Turn chops and bake an additional 15 - 20 minutes or until no pink remains.
