aunt jo's pork chops and stuffing
This is delicious and my family loves it. We serve it with mashed potatoes and a vegetable. My aunt taught this recipe to me and it is so easy.

Ingredients
- 5 - 6 - pork chops
- 2 boxes stove top stuffing
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (smaller ones not family size)
- 2 cups sour cream
How To Make aunt jo's pork chops and stuffing

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Place pork chops in a 13 x 17 cake pan.

Step 3Mix together sour cream and cream of mushroom soup.

Step 4Pour over pork chops and bottom of cake pan that is still exposed.

Step 5Prepare stuffing as directed on package.

Step 6Spread evenly over the sour cream mixture and pork chops.

Step 7Cover with aluminium foil.

Step 8Bake for 30 - 45 minutes or until the pork chops are no longer pink in the middle.
