How to Make Aunt Jo's Pork Chops and Stuffing
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place pork chops in a 13 x 17 cake pan.
- Mix together sour cream and cream of mushroom soup.
- Pour over pork chops and bottom of cake pan that is still exposed.
- Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
- Spread evenly over the sour cream mixture and pork chops.
- Cover with aluminium foil.
- Bake for 30 - 45 minutes or until the pork chops are no longer pink in the middle.
