This is delicious and my family loves it. We serve it with mashed potatoes and a vegetable. My aunt taught this recipe to me and it is so easy.

How to Make Aunt Jo's Pork Chops and Stuffing


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Place pork chops in a 13 x 17 cake pan.
  • 3Mix together sour cream and cream of mushroom soup.
  • 4Pour over pork chops and bottom of cake pan that is still exposed.
  • 5Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
  • 6Spread evenly over the sour cream mixture and pork chops.
  • 7Cover with aluminium foil.
  • 8Bake for 30 - 45 minutes or until the pork chops are no longer pink in the middle.
