An easy to make, delicious dish with a great gravy. Serve this wonderful gravy over noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 ounce) unpeeled apricot halves
  • 6 - pork chops (about 1 1/2 pounds)(i use thin boneless pork)
  • 1 can (10 ounce) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

How To Make creamy apricot pork chops

  • Step 1
    Drain apricots (reserving 1/4 cup syrup); cut in half.
  • Step 2
    In a skillet, brown chops; pour off fat.
  • Step 3
    Stir in soup, sour cream, reserved syrup and green onions. Cover, simmer 25 minutes or until done.
  • Step 4
    Stir occasionally. Add apricots; cook 5 minutes more.
  • Step 5
    Serve with cooked rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
