apple stuffed pork chops
Best apple stuffed pork chops, in my opinion. So good, and not difficult to make. We bake, but I bet some of you cooks would put them on the grill, and that would be great too!

How To Make apple stuffed pork chops
-
Step 1Mix together all the ingredients for the stugffing. Add enough chicken stock to wet everything. Allow to sit for 15 minutes and add some more chicken stock if needed.* *If stuffing seems to wet -- squeeze like a sponge by handful to release some liquid.
-
Step 2Cut a slit in the pork chops and stuff. Season with salt and pepper. Sear in hot sauté pan until caramelized. Cook through in a 400F oven until tender and temperature reaches 145 degrees.
