This is a great recipe for left over ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ham
  • 3 cans 15 oz. great northen beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 medium apple, granny smith works good, diced
  • 3 tablespoons molasses
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, dijon works too
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

How To Make apple, bean & ham casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350* F. Cut ham into cubes. Combine ham, beans, onion, apple, molasses, brown sugar, mustard & allspice in casserole dish; mix well.
  • Step 2
    Cover & bake 45 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Add green onions on top.
