    15 oz. great northen beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 small
    onion, diced
  • 1 medium
    apple, granny smith works good, diced
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard, dijon works too
  • 1 tsp
    ground allspice
  • 1/4 c
    sliced green onions

How to Make Apple, Bean & Ham Casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 350* F. Cut ham into cubes. Combine ham, beans, onion, apple, molasses, brown sugar, mustard & allspice in casserole dish; mix well.
  2. Cover & bake 45 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Add green onions on top.
