15 oz. great northen beans, drained & rinsed
1 small
onion, diced
1 medium
apple, granny smith works good, diced
3 Tbsp
3 Tbsp
brown sugar
1 Tbsp
mustard, dijon works too
1 tsp
ground allspice
1/4 c
sliced green onions

How to Make Apple, Bean & Ham Casserole


  • 1Preheat oven to 350* F. Cut ham into cubes. Combine ham, beans, onion, apple, molasses, brown sugar, mustard & allspice in casserole dish; mix well.
  • 2Cover & bake 45 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Add green onions on top.
