This is a great recipe for left over ham.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ham
- 3 cans 15 oz. great northen beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 medium apple, granny smith works good, diced
- 3 tablespoons molasses
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard, dijon works too
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
How To Make apple, bean & ham casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350* F. Cut ham into cubes. Combine ham, beans, onion, apple, molasses, brown sugar, mustard & allspice in casserole dish; mix well.

Step 2Cover & bake 45 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Add green onions on top.
