1Add ingredients into bread machine pan in order listed making a well in the flour to add the yeast.
2Set the bread machine to dough setting and start.
3If freezing any dough, I freeze at this point.
I press dough into pans and freeze then I remove from pans and stack with wax paper between layers in a gallon size zip lock freezer bag.
When ready to use let thaw completely before topping.
4Press into pans
(cooking spray on hands and dough helps )
Top pizza as desired.
Bake at 425 15 minutes or so.
I'm not sure of the time I just watch it till it looks done.
