    taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 c

    refried beans
  • 4 oz
    fontina cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz
    white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 oz
    yellow processed cheese, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    bell pepper, choppped
  • 1 c

How to Make Mexican Nacho Pizza


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a 9x12 inch baking dish by spraying with vegetable spray. Set aside.
  2. Brown the hamburger meat over a medium heat; drain fat. Add the taco seasoning package and water. Cook until thickens. Set aside.
  3. Using a knife, spread the refried beans onto the tortilla chips as thick as you like. Spread the chips on the bottom of prepared baking dish. Layer the cheeses, hamburger mixture, onions, bell peppers, and salsa over the chips.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
