Something I Came Up with One Day That Became A Real Hit with Family and Friends!

Ingredients

  • 6 - medium chopped sundried tomatoes
  • 6-8 - sliced black olives (canned not kalamata)
  • 4 - medium canned artichokes sliced in half
  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 - stonefire naan bread - original
  • - salt & pepper to taste

How To Make greek naan pizza

  • Step 1
    Set Oven to 400* Bake Place Naan Bread On A Small Pizza Pan - No Need to Oil the Pan. Mix Tomato Paste, Olive Oil and Oregano and Spread on Naan Bread Evenly.
  • Step 2
    Lay On Ingredients (Toppings As Desired) I Layer the Tomatoes, Olives, Artichokes - Then the Goat Cheese Sprinkled Evenly and Then the Mozzarella.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 400* for 5-9 Minutes or Until Cheeses Are Melted. Serve Immediately - Salt & Pepper to Taste, But Not Needed!
