easy pizza dough
This dough works great for deep dish but can also be used for regular large pizzas (just requires a little more elbow grease when spreading out thin).

Ingredients
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make easy pizza dough

Step 1Preheat oven to 450. In medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water (no hotter than 140 degrees). Let stand until creamy (10 min).

Step 2Stir in flour, salt, water and oil. Blend until smooth and let rise for 5 minutes.

Step 3Turn dough out on lightly floured surface and kneed (doesn't need much). Roll out and top. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
