Ingredients

  • 1 - pizza crust
  • 2 - chicken breasts, cooked and cubed snall
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, cooked, drained well.
  • 1/4 cup sliced cremini mushrooms
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • - for sauce:
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped, fresh parsley
  • 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese

How To Make chicken-spinach alfredo pizza

  • Step 1
    In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Step 2
    Gradually add cheese then cream stirring constantly, until well blended.
  • Step 3
    Continue cooking and stirring just until boiling. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley.
  • Step 4
    Roll out pizza dough.
  • Step 5
    Spread sauce over the crust. Add spinach, then chicken and mushrooms.
  • Step 6
    Top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Step 7
    Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
