Ingredients
- 1 - pizza crust
- 2 - chicken breasts, cooked and cubed snall
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, cooked, drained well.
- 1/4 cup sliced cremini mushrooms
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- - for sauce:
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chopped, fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
How To Make chicken-spinach alfredo pizza

Step 1In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Step 2Gradually add cheese then cream stirring constantly, until well blended.

Step 3Continue cooking and stirring just until boiling. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley.

Step 4Roll out pizza dough.

Step 5Spread sauce over the crust. Add spinach, then chicken and mushrooms.

Step 6Top with mozzarella cheese.

Step 7Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
