veggie, beef, and tortellini soup
I like to add extra spices like oregano, Italian seasoning, and/or crushed red pepper. You can also leave out the corn, broccoli, carrots, green beans, and cauliflower. Cook everything but the pasta for 20 minutes, add pasta, cook for anther 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 bag tortellini, cheese stuffed
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can italian diced tomatoes
- 1 jar picante sauce
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 can whole kernel corn, unsalted
- 1 can green beans
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup chopped cauliflower
How To Make veggie, beef, and tortellini soup

Step 1Brown the ground beef and set aside.

Step 2In a large pot, combine ground beef, Picante sauce, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and basil. Let simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 3Add chopped carrots to the pot. Let simmer for another 5 minutes.

Step 4Add tortellini pasta, green beans, broccoli, corn, and cauliflower. Simmer for another 20 minutes.

Step 5Let sit for a few minutes before serving with salad, garlic bread, or whatever floats your fancy.
