    beef broth, reduced sodium
  • ·
    one med. green bell pepper chopped
  • ·
    one small onion chopped
  • ·
    4 cloves of garlic
  • ·
    i box of lei genie pasta
  • ·
    parmigiano-reggiano, grated
  • ·
    optional 1 lb. of browned sausage

How to Make Unforgiven pasta dish


  1. Using olive oil brown chopped green bell pepper & chopped small onion and just before your done browning pepper & onion add your chopped garlic so's not to burn then add your broth & uncooked pasta, bring to a boil bring to med. to low heat, cover stirring every so often so pasta doesn't stick or to break apart, now just cook pasta to your likings or as most say aldanta & boom you dish is ready & top with grated cheese now share & enjoy with your loved ones *¥* & serve cooked & seasoned snow peas off to the side
