How To Make ultimate mac and cheese
-
Step 1Cook Pasta in a 3 quart sauce pan filled with water ( at this point I season the water with a little bit of salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. NOT THE STUFF IN THE RECIPE) cook until pasta is almost done. Drain and rinse with cold water. Put in a high sided casserole dish. I add some of the cheese to cold pasta and stir in. set aside
-
Step 2In another sauce pan we are going to make the white sauce. Add the flour ,salt, garlic and onion powder, dried mustard, and black pepper. blend together. Pour in the milk and add the butter. Cook on medium high heat stirring constantly until it starts to bubble and thicken. Cook on low for 1 minute, Turn off and add the cheese stir until all cheese melted. Pour cheese sauce on top of pasta stir in until all is coated well. Blend bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and put on top of mac and cheese

Step 3Cover with tin foil bake in oven for about 20 minutes. take off the tin foil put back in oven for remaining time or until all is bubbly brown on top. Cool for about 10 minutes. I serve with crusty Baggett and a toss salad.
