tuna fish and spaghetti
This is a recipe from my Mother in Law, whom I miss with all my heart. Rest in Peace Sharon.

Approximately 4 as main dish.
Ingredients
- 1 pound box of spaghetti
- 1 can oil 2oz flat anchovies in olive oil
- 1 can solid light tuna in olive oil
- 1 tablespoon jarred minced garlic or to taste
- 1 medium finely chopped onion.
- 1 can 8 ounce hunt's or other tomato sauce
How To Make tuna fish and spaghetti

Step 1This is pretty easy. (Note that this is pasta heavy.) The sauce just lightly colors the pasta.

Step 2(Boil the spaghetti according to package directions while preparing the sauce. (or, make sauce ahead of time for later use) Combine the anchovies and Tuna (with olive oil) together in a pan. Add add Garlic and onion. Sauté until tender.

Step 3Add tomato sauce and bring up to heat.

Step 4Drain spaghetti. add sauce and serve. (Good for leftovers too just reheat with a little bit water in Microwave, mix well.)
