2 pkgplain crisps (crushed)
1 can(s)garden peas (drained)
1 can(s)swertcorn (drained)
3 largefree range eggs (boiled hard and cut into small chunks)
How to Make Quick rice with crisps
- Cook rice according to pack directions and allow to cool, then mix with fork to separate
- Once cool, put all ingredients (except crushed crisps, unless serving within the hour) in bowl and mix.
- Serve with fresh crusty bread, or in a pack lunch boix , adding crushed crisps and mixing just before serving.
- Keeps in fridge for 2 days, but remember only add crisps just before serving.
