A delicious meal, which can be prepared in advance and kept in a fridge. You can add/remove ingredients to suit your taste.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams rice
  • 2 cans tuna (flaked)
  • 100 grams medium chefddar cheese (grated)
  • 2 packages plain crisps (crushed)
  • 1 can garden peas (drained)
  • 1 can swertcorn (drained)
  • 3 large free range eggs (boiled hard and cut into small chunks)

How To Make quick rice with crisps

  • Step 1
    Cook rice according to pack directions and allow to cool, then mix with fork to separate
  • Step 2
    Once cool, put all ingredients (except crushed crisps, unless serving within the hour) in bowl and mix.
  • Step 3
    Serve with fresh crusty bread, or in a pack lunch boix , adding crushed crisps and mixing just before serving.
  • Step 4
    Keeps in fridge for 2 days, but remember only add crisps just before serving.
