This dish is a HUGE hit with everyone. Cheese lovers, here ya go!

To make this dish even more sinful... add bacon bits and/or chives. You can also add chicken cooked any way you like, or brown 1 pound of hamburger meat and stir into the mix.

macaroni, elbow
1 c
whole milk
2 12 ounce can(s)
evaporated milk
3
eggs
1 c
butter, cut into small pieces
1/2 lb
colby cheese, grated
1/2 lb
monterey jack cheese, grated
1/2 lb
sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb
velveeta cheese, cut into small chunks
1/2 c
sour cream
1 Tbsp
white pepper (black pepper can be used)
1 Tbsp
sugar
salt to taste
1 c
grated mild cheddar cheese for the topping

How to Make Too Sinful Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 350° F. Prepare a deep sided 9x13 pan by coating with cooking spray.
  • 2Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook macaroni according to package directions until tender. Strain when done.
  • 3While the macaroni is cooking, combine the milks and eggs in a large bowl. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
  • 4Add the butter, cheeses, sour cream, salt, pepper, and sugar to the milk and egg mixture and stir to combine.
  • 5Add cooked macaroni to the mixture and stir to combine. Then pour into the baking pan and top with the grated cheddar cheese.
  • 6Bake for 30-45 minutes or until the top is lightly golden brown. ENJOY!!
