This dish is a HUGE hit with everyone. Cheese lovers, here ya go! To make this dish even more sinful... add bacon bits and/or chives. You can also add chicken cooked any way you like, or brown 1 pound of hamburger meat and stir into the mix.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound macaroni, elbow
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 12 ounce cans evaporated milk
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 cup butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 pound colby cheese, grated
  • 1/2 pound monterey jack cheese, grated
  • 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 pound velveeta cheese, cut into small chunks
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon white pepper (black pepper can be used)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • - salt to taste
  • 1 cup grated mild cheddar cheese for the topping

How To Make too sinful baked macaroni and cheese

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350° F. Prepare a deep sided 9x13 pan by coating with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook macaroni according to package directions until tender. Strain when done.
  • Step 3
    While the macaroni is cooking, combine the milks and eggs in a large bowl. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
  • Step 4
    Add the butter, cheeses, sour cream, salt, pepper, and sugar to the milk and egg mixture and stir to combine.
  • Step 5
    Add cooked macaroni to the mixture and stir to combine. Then pour into the baking pan and top with the grated cheddar cheese.
  • Step 6
    Bake for 30-45 minutes or until the top is lightly golden brown. ENJOY!!
