This is NOT a low calorie dish. It is possibly 1200 calories a serving. Just wanted to point that out. However, it is SO worth the calories once in a while.

Ingredients
- 1 pound velveeta cheese cubed
- 1/2 pound colby cheese shredded
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 pound monterey jack cheese shredded
- 2 sticks butter cubed
- 3 - eggs beaten
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 box elbow macaroni, cooked
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 pound mild cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 13x9x2 inch pan(or even a 15 inch pan is better) with cooking spray

Step 2Put cooked macaroni into dish. Add cubed butter, velveeta, colby, cheddar, jack, salt, pepper, sugar and incorporate well.

Step 3Take sour cream and dolop it around. Beat eggs and add whole milk and evaporated milk. Pour this over the entire dish.

Step 4Sprinkle mild cheddar over entire top of dish. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until top is melted (the longer you cook, the browner the top will be. This is a matter of taste. Serve hot. But you can also freeze this and microwave another day, and it's almost just as good.
