Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 pounds breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal, uncooked
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix ( bag)
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • - salt and pepper
  • SAUCE
  • 2(12 oz) jars beef gravy
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 bags egg noodles
  • - worcestershire sauce

How To Make swedish meatballs

  • Step 1
finely dice onion and pepper ( I used a food processor )
  • Step 2
Mix beef, sausage, oatmeal, coleslaw, onion, pepper and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce in large bowl.
  • Step 3
Form into balls ( large ) and place into muffin pans and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. I put a cookie sheet under my muffin pan to catch any grease that may run off. Made 24 meatballs.
  • Step 4
SAUCE Combine jars of gravy and the sour cream into a sauce pan. Add about 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce and stir. Simmer on low heat while cooking the egg noodles.
  • Step 5
Serve plate of noodles with a few spoonfuls of sauce and top with meatballs.
