Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef
2 lb
breakfast sausage
1/2 c
oatmeal, uncooked
2 c
coleslaw mix ( bag)
1 large
onion
1 large
green bell pepper
salt and pepper

SAUCE

2(12 oz) jar(s)
beef gravy
2 c
sour cream
2 bag(s)
egg noodles
worcestershire sauce

Step-By-Step

1finely dice onion and pepper ( I used a food processor )
2Mix beef, sausage, oatmeal, coleslaw, onion, pepper and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce in large bowl.
3Form into balls ( large ) and place into muffin pans and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. I put a cookie sheet under my muffin pan to catch any grease that may run off.
Made 24 meatballs.
4SAUCE
Combine jars of gravy and the sour cream into a sauce pan. Add about 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce and stir. Simmer on low heat while cooking the egg noodles.
5Serve plate of noodles with a few spoonfuls of sauce and top with meatballs.
