How To Make swedish meatballs
-
Step 1finely dice onion and pepper ( I used a food processor )
-
Step 2Mix beef, sausage, oatmeal, coleslaw, onion, pepper and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce in large bowl.
-
Step 3Form into balls ( large ) and place into muffin pans and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. I put a cookie sheet under my muffin pan to catch any grease that may run off. Made 24 meatballs.
-
Step 4SAUCE Combine jars of gravy and the sour cream into a sauce pan. Add about 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce and stir. Simmer on low heat while cooking the egg noodles.
-
Step 5Serve plate of noodles with a few spoonfuls of sauce and top with meatballs.
