Ingredients

24dry jumbo pasta shells
-
1 cchopped onion
-
1 Tbspolive oil
-
14 1/2 ozready diced tomatoes with italian seasoning

8 oztomato paste with roasted garlic

1 cchicken broth
-
2 largeeggs, beaten
-
15 ozricotta cheese
-
8 ozmozzarella cheese, shredded
How to Make STUFFED SHELLS
- Cook pasta as directed and drain.
- Saute onion in oil until tender. Stir in undrained tomatoes, sauce, paste and broth.
- Combine eggs, ricotta and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Spoon filling into shells. Arrange in 3 quart baking dish.
- Spoon sauce over shells. Bake covered 30 minutes at 375. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
