Ingredients
- 24 - dry jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 14 1/2 ounces ready diced tomatoes with italian seasoning
- 8 ounces tomato paste with roasted garlic
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
How To Make stuffed shells

Step 1Cook pasta as directed and drain.

Step 2Saute onion in oil until tender. Stir in undrained tomatoes, sauce, paste and broth.

Step 3Combine eggs, ricotta and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Spoon filling into shells. Arrange in 3 quart baking dish.

Step 4Spoon sauce over shells. Bake covered 30 minutes at 375. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
