Ingredients

  • 1 bag small pasta shells
  • 1 bag spinach fresh
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 6 ounces herb goat cheese
  • 4 ounces motzerella
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 small green onion
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 1 dash red pepper flakes
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets

How To Make spinach pasta

  • Step 1
    Boil a pot of water when heated to a boil add 16oz of pasta until softened 5-7 minutes
  • Step 2
    In a frying pan add olive oil when hot add fresh spinach,broccoli,green onions,red pepper,pepper flakes and garlic. Saute until tender 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Drain the pasta add the vegtables, add the goat cheese and motzeralla stir until melted. Serve.
