Ingredients

  • 1 bag(s)
    small pasta shells
  • 1 bag(s)
    spinach fresh
  • 3 clove
    garlic
  • 6 oz
    herb goat cheese
  • 4 oz
    motzerella
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 small
    green onion
  • 1 small
    red pepper
  • 1 dash(es)
    red pepper flakes
  • 3 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    broccoli florets

How to Make SPINACH PASTA

Step-by-Step

  1. Boil a pot of water when heated to a boil add 16oz of pasta until softened 5-7 minutes
  2. In a frying pan add olive oil when hot add fresh spinach,broccoli,green onions,red pepper,pepper flakes and garlic. Saute until tender 2-3 minutes.
  3. Drain the pasta add the vegtables, add the goat cheese and motzeralla stir until melted. Serve.
