Here's a nice light alternative for spaghetti. It's very healthy too.

fresh rosemary finely chopped
1/4 c
olive oil
6 large
garlic cloves sliced thin
1 tsp
crushed red chilli flakes
1/4 c
chopped parsely flakes
1 c
parmesan cheese
1 lb

How to Make Spaghetti with Garlic and Rosemary


  • 1Place spaghetti in 6 quarts of salted boiling water. Cook according to package directions.
  • 2While spaghetti is cooking heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • 3Add the garlic, red chilli, and rosemary and cook for abut 5 minutes or until garlic just starts to brown.
  • 4Drain pasta and toss with the hot oil. Add salt to taste. Sprinkle parsley and parmesan on top.
