Here's a nice light alternative for spaghetti. It's very healthy too.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 6 large garlic cloves sliced thin
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red chilli flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsely flakes
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound spaghetti

How To Make spaghetti with garlic and rosemary

  • Step 1
    Place spaghetti in 6 quarts of salted boiling water. Cook according to package directions.
  • Step 2
    While spaghetti is cooking heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Step 3
    Add the garlic, red chilli, and rosemary and cook for abut 5 minutes or until garlic just starts to brown.
  • Step 4
    Drain pasta and toss with the hot oil. Add salt to taste. Sprinkle parsley and parmesan on top.
