1 ozfresh rosemary finely chopped
1/4 colive oil
6 largegarlic cloves sliced thin
1 tspcrushed red chilli flakes
1/4 cchopped parsely flakes
1 cparmesan cheese
How to Make Spaghetti with Garlic and Rosemary
- Place spaghetti in 6 quarts of salted boiling water. Cook according to package directions.
- While spaghetti is cooking heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic, red chilli, and rosemary and cook for abut 5 minutes or until garlic just starts to brown.
- Drain pasta and toss with the hot oil. Add salt to taste. Sprinkle parsley and parmesan on top.
