Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- - olive oil
- 6 ounces canned chopped clams
- 1 quart canned tomatoes
- - black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 pound spaghetti
How To Make spaghetti with clam sauce

Step 1Brown garlic clove in olive oil and discard it. Drain the clams, saving juice. Add tomatoes, 5 Tablespoons of clam juice, 2 or 3 twists of the pepper mill to the oil in the pan.

Step 2Cook uncovered for 15 minutes or till nearly sauce consistency. Add clams and cook 5 minutes. Add parsley and cook 1 minute. Serve on cooked pasta.
