spaghetti pie
After enjoying this at an office party, I shared it with family and it is now a favorite for all generations! It can be made ahead and frozen, especially if you have leftover pasta and sauce!

Ingredients
- 7 ounces spaghetti - cooked (angel hair makes a crispier crust)
- 1/3 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 3 tablespoons melted butter or butter
- 14 ounces jar pasta sauce
- 1/2 pound optional: cooked ground beef
- 1/2-1 cup mozzarella cheese
How To Make spaghetti pie

Step 1Mix spaghetti, Parmesan, eggs, and butter/margarine

Step 2Put in sprayed pie pan and shape like a crust

Step 3Pour spaghetti sauce (with mixed in beef) over crust

Step 4Bake 25 minutes at 350

Step 5Remove from oven and sprinkle 1/2 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese Bake 5-10 min longer until cheese is melted

Step 6Allow to set before cutting
