How to Make Spaghetti Carbonara
- 1Cut bacon into 1/2 inch squares.
- 2Cook spaghetti a dente.
- 3While spaghetti is cooking, fry bacon until almost crisp. Save the bacon grease.
- 4Drain spaghetti but don't rinse it. Return to the pan.
- 5Immediately add the bacon with the grease, eggs, 1/2 cup of cheese.
- 6Toss over low heat until the egg coats the spaghetti and appears cooked.
- 7Add milk and heat stirring frequently.
- 8Serve sprinkled with pepper to taste and the remaining cheese.
