1Cook the pasta according to directions,reserve one cup of the pasta water when done.
2Saute the onion,garlic and spices in the olive oil until just browned,add the tomatoes and simmer for fifteen minutes.
3Place the butter pats in a large enough mixing bowl to hold the pasta and the sauce,add the hot pasta to the bowl,toss to coat with butter,add the sauce and toss again. Add the cheese,toss again and serve with a sprinkle more of cheese on top,enjoy!! :)
