This is a wonder quick meal. You can do it even quicker if you used canned shrimp and jarred Alfredo sauce. 8 I used the frozen, fully cooked salad shrimp last time I made this. They worked great. Just heat them first.

- 16 ounces penne pasta (i like to use the mini penne
- 1 cup cocktail cooked shrimp
- 1 1/2 cups cooked green peas
- 1 - roma tomato, diced small
- 3 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup mushroom slices
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
How To Make shrimp penne

Step 1Cook bacon crisp and crumble.

Step 2Cook penne according to package directions. Drain.

Step 3In a large microwave safe bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to coat.

Step 4Microwave for 1 minute or until heated through.
