This super easy and fast dish is great for those busy weeknights. If you don't want to microwave the fettuccine, you can simple heat it in a pan on the stove over med low heat. Stir frequently to keep from scorching. about 10 minutes.

- 1/4 pound shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces fettuccine, cooked and drained
- 2 cups cooked peas
- 1 1/2 cups ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained

Step 1In a large microwave safe bowl, combine all ingredients.

Step 2Microwave on hi for 2 to 6 minutes or until heated through.
