Ingredients
- - 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- - large onion
- - green bell peppers
- - 2 garlic cloves
- - 2 cans rotel
- - 1 cup hot water
- - 1envelope of onion soup mix
- - 3 cups uncooked rotini
- - 1 1/2 shredded italian or mozzarella cheese
How To Make rotini bake

Step 1Cook beef, onion, pepper and garlic in Dutch oven over medium heat. Stirring till brown. Drain. Stir in rotel, water, onion soup, italian seasoning and pasta.

Step 2Spoon into 13/9 baking dish. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 8 hrs no longer than 24.

Step 3Bake 45 minutes at 375 degree oven covered. Uncovered and sprinkle with cheese additional 10 minutes till bubbly.
