1 1/2 lb ground beef
large onion
green bell peppers
2 garlic cloves
2 cans rotel
1 cup hot water
1envelope of onion soup mix
3 cups uncooked rotini
1 1/2 shredded italian or mozzarella cheese

How to Make Rotini Bake


  • 1Cook beef, onion, pepper and garlic in Dutch oven over medium heat. Stirring till brown. Drain. Stir in rotel, water, onion soup, italian seasoning and pasta.
  • 2Spoon into 13/9 baking dish. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 8 hrs no longer than 24.
  • 3Bake 45 minutes at 375 degree oven covered. Uncovered and sprinkle with cheese additional 10 minutes till bubbly.
