Ingredients

·1 1/2 lb ground beef

·large onion
-
·green bell peppers
-
·2 garlic cloves
-
·2 cans rotel
-
·1 cup hot water
-
·1envelope of onion soup mix
-
·3 cups uncooked rotini
-
·1 1/2 shredded italian or mozzarella cheese
How to Make Rotini Bake
- Cook beef, onion, pepper and garlic in Dutch oven over medium heat. Stirring till brown. Drain. Stir in rotel, water, onion soup, italian seasoning and pasta.
- Spoon into 13/9 baking dish. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 8 hrs no longer than 24.
- Bake 45 minutes at 375 degree oven covered. Uncovered and sprinkle with cheese additional 10 minutes till bubbly.
