Ingredients

  • - 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • - large onion
  • - green bell peppers
  • - 2 garlic cloves
  • - 2 cans rotel
  • - 1 cup hot water
  • - 1envelope of onion soup mix
  • - 3 cups uncooked rotini
  • - 1 1/2 shredded italian or mozzarella cheese

How To Make rotini bake

  • Step 1
    Cook beef, onion, pepper and garlic in Dutch oven over medium heat. Stirring till brown. Drain. Stir in rotel, water, onion soup, italian seasoning and pasta.
  • Step 2
    Spoon into 13/9 baking dish. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 8 hrs no longer than 24.
  • Step 3
    Bake 45 minutes at 375 degree oven covered. Uncovered and sprinkle with cheese additional 10 minutes till bubbly.
