A shortcut for this recipe - replace tomatoes with Italian-seasoned tomatoes and omit seasoning.
Serve over angel hair pasta and top with parmesan cheese.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 32 oz
    diced tomatoes
  • 6 oz
    tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1/2
    medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    each salt and pepper

How to Make Roasted Red Pepper Marinara Sauce


  1. Place all ingredients in 2-quart crock. Cover and cook on high setting for 2 hours, or medium setting for 4 hours.
