Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 small onions, finely chopped
  • 3/4 - 1 cups cracker or bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 2 or 3 - eggs, beaten
  • 2 - 3 teaspoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make meatballs - the real thing

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients and shape into meatballs. Brown in medium-hot olive oil. Simmer in your favorite sauce (appx. 2 hours)
