  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 small
    onions, finely chopped
  • 3/4 - 1 c
    cracker or bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp
    parsley flakes, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 2 or 3
    eggs, beaten
  • 2 - 3 tsp
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3/4 tsp
    garlic powder (or to taste)
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Meatballs - The Real Thing

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients and shape into meatballs. Brown in medium-hot olive oil. Simmer in your favorite sauce (appx. 2 hours)
