Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 small onions, finely chopped
- 3/4 - 1 cups cracker or bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 2 or 3 - eggs, beaten
- 2 - 3 teaspoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make meatballs - the real thing

Step 1Mix all ingredients and shape into meatballs. Brown in medium-hot olive oil. Simmer in your favorite sauce (appx. 2 hours)
